Mr. Ceto founded Ceto and Associates after his retirement from KPMG where he served as the firm’s National Partner in Charge of their Revenue Enhancement Consulting Services. Ceto and Associates, an Atlanta based bank consulting firm, specializes in providing revenue enhancement, operational efficiency and other profit improvement services to banks, savings banks and credit unions of all sizes throughout the United States. His professional career has included a wide variety of management consulting engagements for over 1,000 bank clients in the U.S., Europe, Canada, Australia, and other countries.

His work has encompassed virtually every phase of banking activity.

Douglas J. Ceto

President

Douglas Ceto is responsible for overseeing the company’s business development activities, operations and technology as well as consulting with the Firm’s bank, credit union and savings bank clients. Prior to joining Ceto and Associates, Mr. Ceto was a senior consultant of business development and project manager at Enterpulse, an Atlanta, Georgia based internet development company. Additionally, he was Assistant Vice President and project manager for numerous commercial bank and trust divisions of Sun Trust Bank, a $172 billion banking institution headquartered in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure as a banker, and as a consultant, Mr. Ceto has worked extensively in many phases of banking activities.

Richard J. Holtzman

Senior Vice President

Mr. Holtzman brings to Ceto and Associates broad experience in retail banking and bank consulting, specializing in revenue enhancement programs. As a Vice President in the Consulting Services Group, Mr. Holtzman is responsible for conducting bank-wide studies to identify and quantify systemic gaps in pricing, assessment and collection of service and transactional fees. Consulting initiatives are designed and implemented to quickly enhance profitability through creating new sources of non-interest income, modifying existing pricing methodologies and increasing the level of earning assets.

Robert M. Monteith, Jr.

Senior Vice President

Mr. Monteith joined Ceto and Associates in 2005. As the Vice President of Business Development, he is responsible for developing the firm’s sales strategy and managing the sales staff in all of its national and international markets, with a focus on the distribution of Ceto and Associates’ products and services. He is also responsible for fostering and managing the relationships with the firm’s strategic partners.
