Notify Federal Reserve Bank

Prior to implementation, you must notify the Federal Reserve Bank outlining the details of the Deposit Reclassification program. To do this, Ceto and Associates will write a customized letter for submission to your local Federal Reserve Bank. Included in this initial assistance is the development of a customer disclosure language that will be both acceptable to the Federal Reserve Bank as well as non-intrusive to the customer.
