Develop and Deploy Disclosure

Upon receiving a No Objection from the Federal Reserve Bank, the customer disclosure process begins. We recommend utilizing a two sided statement stuffer for disclosing to existing accounts. This allows the disclosure to be complemented by a friendly marketing message. At the same time, the Terms and Conditions for new account holders must be modified by the insertion of a separate paragraph outlining this process.
