Susan Justice has more than 20 years of marketing, advertising, and communications experience developing and managing integrated B2B, B2C, and B2E campaigns and programs. She has a well-rounded business perspective given her time at both boutique and large marketing agencies, as well as working as an independent consultant on a variety of high-visibility projects for some of the nation’s best-known brands such as Cox Automotive, The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot, Kimberly Clark, Georgia Aquarium, and Olive Garden.
Susan combines creative sensibility, strategic vision, and practical know-how to deliver impactful marketing solutions with the goals of improving customer experience, increasing engagement, and deepening relationships. Her background includes expertise in leadership, account service, strategy, creative and concept ideation, copywriting, project management, and new business development.
Susan graduated from the University of Georgia with aspirations of attending law school. As an intern with the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s office, she quickly realized law school was not the path for her. Soon after, she began her career as a public speaker presenting crime prevention workshops to corporations, schools, and non-profits throughout the Southeast. That experience opened the door to her first marketing job with a start-up tech company focused on helping financial institutions develop and deliver web-based training and development programs in the areas of customer service, sales, marketing, and compliance.
Susan is excited to be back in the financial services industry leading and evolving the marketing efforts for Ceto. Her mission is to share the Ceto story and position the company’s leadership and products and services purposefully in the industry.
