The Market View engagement consists of three phases: the Assessment phase (Phase I), which will take approximately 60 days, the Implementation phase (Phase II), which will take approximately 60 days, and the Monitoring phase (Phase III), which typically lasts 3-6 months. Phase II begins immediately after the approval of recommendations, which is then followed by phase III. Our objective is to minimize disruption to employees’ daily work, and as such we will limit our on-site to two visits. Your personnel will spend minimal time on the overall effort. We perform 95% of the work on the project.
