ATLANTA, June 29, 2016 – Ceto and Associates, a national consulting firm providing consulting services to the financial industry, has promoted Robert Monteith and Richard Holtzman to Senior Vice Presidents.
Robert Monteith
Mr. Monteith is responsible for all business development for the firm. This includes maintaining and building solid relationships with clients, and remaining well-informed of market conditions regarding our suite of services, product updates, and new technologies. He will continue to create customized proposals to meet specific client requirements and work closely with them to assist them in reaching their financial objectives by providing revenue enhancing, and operational effectiveness solutions.
Mr. Monteith joined the firm in 2005 as a Consultant. Due to his success in that role he was quickly promoted to Manager and subsequently to Vice President in 2010. He has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s market for our services; Market View, Clear Point, and Vendor Link.

Richard Holtzman
Mr. Holtzman is responsible for managing the entire production team and product life cycle for all three of our services (Market View, Clear Point, and Vendor Link). In addition to hiring and training the production staff, he will continue to work at client sites to insure that all work is performed in a high quality manner and that all our clients receive the maximum benefit from our consulting services.He joined the firm in 2006 as a Consultant. In this role he assisted in both selling and implementing our Revenue Enhancement services. Due to his outstanding efforts he was quickly promoted to Senior Consultant, Manager and then to a Vice President in 2010. He has worked/managed hundreds of consulting projects across the US and Canada for Ceto and Associates.
