Regional Managers Provide Knowledge and Skill to Firm’s Clients

ATLANTA, March 25, 2016 – Ceto and Associates, a national consulting firm providing consulting services to the financial industry, has promoted Steve Sharp and Michael Emmons to Regional Manager.

Mr. Sharp and Mr. Emmons will be responsible for all business development activities within their respective geographic regions. They will work with other consultants on their teams in the management of their regions, which includes building relationships and working closely with many financial institutions to assist them in reaching their financial objectives through the deployment of strategies that increase revenue, control costs and improve operational performance and efficiency. Their new positions will continue to support the firm’s business plan to develop new client relationships and to educate financial institutions about the firm’s consulting solutions and other vital strategies that can meet their immediate needs.

Mr. Sharp joined Ceto and Associates as a consultant where he excelled at developing relationships and new business in his region. During his tenure, he has been promoted to Senior Consultant, Manager, and now Regional Manager. Mr. Sharp has been instrumental in helping financial institutions impact their future revenue growth and long-term profits. In his new position, his exceptional relationship building skills will help the firm continue to reach more financial institutions, which will translate to more institutions realizing their profitability goals.

During his tenure, he has also been promoted from Senior Consultant, to Manager, and to his current position, Regional Manager. Mr. Emmons develops and maintains quality relationships with many clients. His leadership skills will assist his team and the firm in connecting with and helping financial institutions stay competitive in today’s tough banking environment while also helping them to maximize their profitability.
