This position will support the company’s business plan and revenue goals, with the primary focus of generating Discovery calls with banking prospects. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with the SVP / Business Development to take prospects through the sales process to close new sales. The conference calls will be scheduled with the SVP / Business Development and at least one C-level executive (e.g. CEO, CFO, COO, etc.), or interested decision maker, from the bank or credit union prospect to discuss the company’s solutions.

Who You Are
Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial-minded, eager to learn, and seeks to be an integral part of the Ceto culture. A value-added teammate who wants to build upon our processes and support our team’s natural inclination for innovation and collaboration. This is a great time to join an elite team, with opportunities to work with amazing people, forward-thinking technology, and take on a set of responsibilities that are extremely important to Ceto’s continued success.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation
Develop leads and cultivate relationships via phone and email in assigned accounts, and schedule Discovery calls with banking prospects to include the SVP / Business Development. Prospecting and lead generation is critical to this position. As part of this process, work with the SVP / Business Development in taking prospects through the sales funnel to close new business and to expand the current client base within the respective geographical region. This position will be assigned specific goals and measured on a range of KPIs, including Activity KPIs (Calls and Emails) and Productivity KPIs (Discovery calls, Presentations, and Sales), among others. For example, the minimum expectation will be 250 Total Activities (outbound Calls and/or Emails) per week for this position. For this role, the expectation is that the Senior Account Executive will demonstrate greater ability and more productivity with daily prospecting efforts; and therefore, the sales goal will be 25% - 50% higher than those for the Account Executive role.

Communication
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with clients and prospects. To ensure success, these skills are essential not only for daily prospecting via phone, but also for daily email correspondence. Clear, effective verbal communication is also required for conference calls and sales presentations with clients and prospects. For this position, the expectation is that the Senior Account Executive will exercise more independent judgement in daily prospecting activities and contribute to 25% - 50% of the total verbal communication on Discovery conference calls and/or Sales Presentations.

Administration
Create ROI / Benefit analyses, MS PowerPoint sales decks, MS Outlook calendar invites, proposals, FedEx packages, email templates and other content, as necessary, to assist the SVP / Business Development during the sales process. Maintain updated, organized and detailed notes and contacts in all assigned accounts within Salesforce.com. Assist Marketing in executing the Direct Mail or Digital campaigns and other various Sales and Marketing campaign efforts. For this position, the expectation is that the Senior Account Executive will demonstrate more proficiency and autonomy with daily administration responsibilities than the Account Executive role.

Training & Development
Participate in all required meetings, courses, training and coaching sessions to strengthen industry and product knowledge, and to enhance communication skills and sales abilities to become more effective and grow as a sales professional. Understand the concepts, fundamentals and mechanics of the company’s consulting solutions. Remain well informed of current market and industry news and conditions through available resources, such as LinkedIn, S&P Global, FDIC, NCUA, CFPB, ABA, ICBA, CUNA, Credit Union Times, and many more. This position will also assist in the growth and development of the company’s knowledge base and training material (i.e. the Playbook). For this position, the expectation is that the Senior Account Executive will demonstrate greater product and industry knowledge than the Account Executive role.
