Entry Level Consultant

Department: Consulting Services Group - Production
Reports to: Senior Vice President – Consulting Services Group
FLSA Status: ExemptBasic Function
The consultant is responsible for assisting with Market View Engagements for financial institution clients.
The consultant is responsible for assisting the project team in identifying, implementing, and monitoring
opportunities to increase revenue for client banks and credit unions through a proven process, including
on-site and off-site data gathering, analysis, quantification, approval, implementation, and monitoring
methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely and communicate effectively with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to
    support all facets of Market View Engagements.
  • Prepare and create the general framework for all Market View Presentation of Findings using
    standardized practice and methodology.
  • Provide supplemental market research to help support and build viable business cases around
    proposed recommendations provided to clients.
  • Carefully review and edit Market View-related deliverables to secure accurate, error-free
    services.
  • Assemble all Market View Presentation of Findings to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
  • Travel to client sites, when necessary, to support associates through the on-site diagnostic phase by
    taking detailed notes and managing forms involved in Ceto and Associates’ data gathering
    process.
  • Travel up to 50%
Required Skills
1 to 3 years of banking experience, preferably in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Deposit / Loan
Operations or Branch Management. Applicants with primarily lending, wealth or investment experience
will not be considered.
Experience working with Excel and Word to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • The ability to collect data, provide meaningful analysis and document results in proper reporting
    formats.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

IT Support

Job Title: IT Support
Department: Administrative
Reports to: CEO
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually

Note: This is a hybrid job: In office 3 days a week, telework 2

Basic Function
The IT Support role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the firm’s technology. Additionally, to help enforce IT policies and procedures for smooth operation and consistency. Furthermore, this role will plan, coordinate, direct and design IT-related activities for the firm, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities. IT will work closely with the CEO to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the firm. IT will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

IT Management Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Maintain office Internet and intranet to ensure both internal/external networks function properly.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies
  • Manage financial aspects of IT requirements, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review
  • Manage project portfolio and execute projects
  • Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision
  • Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements
  • Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment
  • Onboard new employees with laptops and work on configuration
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and support other tools as necessary
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot Door control access, Video Conferencing, and any other technologies to support office security and operations

Skills (required)

  • 1 to 2 years of IT support
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Significant knowledge and experience working in support or debugging
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team, as well as autonomously
  • Demonstrate a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  •  Excellent listening and collaborative skills when interacting with vendors and co-workers
  • Adaptable to changes

Education
